Bellefonte Area School District is accepting applications for the position of Cafeteria Aide at Marion-Walker Elementary.

Duties: 

Establish and maintain a calm pleasant atmosphere in the cafeteria, as well as assist with school food service.

Qualifications:

       Academic:    Minimum – High school diploma.

       Experience:  Minimum – Experience working with children. Preferred - Experience working in school cafeteria operations.

       Mathematical:  Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure; and ability to make currency change.

       Communication: Ability to pleasantly and effectively interact with students and staff.

Work Day:                        10:45 am - 12:45 pm; 2 hours/day (subject to change)

Work Year:                       180 days/year; 9-month position

Level:                               A - Pay Rate 2019-2020 SY

Testing Requirement:      Written Test Required
